A designer’s eye. A hospitality mindset.
Caroline has firsthand experience understanding what makes a property successful from both the owner’s and guest’s perspective. Her design degree from FIDM in Los Angeles offers a trained eye for textiles, materials, styling and details. With experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, marketing, and creative direction she innately understands what owners need, what guests notice and what makes a property worth booking.
Her style is distinctly her own; effortlessly cool and polished. Her design eye and creative instinct sees not only at how a property looks, but how it lives, photographs, and performs as a stay.
Caroline brings a background in hospitality, vacation rentals, marketing, and creative direction to The Stay Studio, with firsthand experience understanding what makes a property successful from both the owner’s and guest’s perspective.
Her approach combines creative instinct with practical experience; looking not only at how a property looks, but how it lives, photographs, and performs as a stay.
